'MirrorPathTrail originated from a dream to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The venture was established by the Bianchi household in 1985 and began as a humble, family-operated business with recipes passed down over generations.
'Marco Bianchi', our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. After her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, following classic techniques and using premium components.
What began as a cozy pizzeria with only 12 seats has now become a cherished community staple, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices has remained steadfast. We still employ traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Now, 'MirrorPathTrail' continues to be family-led, with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage at the helm of a devoted team. While incorporating modern advances, we've held onto the core of our business—preparing luscious, real pizza that unites people.
