Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If your order has not been prepared, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If the order is already being prepared, we cannot accept a cancellation.

Refund for Faulty Products

If you believe that the product you received is defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your order at +39 06 1234 5678. Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, a photograph.

Wrong Order

If you receive an incorrect order, we are happy to correct the mistake. Please notify us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. Upon verification, we will arrange for the right order to be delivered to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund.

Refund Process
